Magigen CMM HotStart Taq 1.0 DNA polymerase is a chemically mediated Taq polymerase. It has no amplification activity at lower than 55 ℃. After heating at 95 ℃ for 10min, it has 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity.

Meanwhile, Magigen CMM HotStart Taq DNA polymerase 1.0 has 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5 '-3' exonuclease activity specific for double stranded DNA; No 3 '-5' exonuclease activity.

This Taq polymerase can also be used for ordinary PCR amplification, and the 3 'end of the obtained product is attached with a base "A", which can be directly used for TA cloning.
