Magigen ABM Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase 1.0 is the antibody-mediated hot start Taq Polymerase that enhances the specificity and sensitivity of PCR, which can be fully activated after heating at 95 ℃ for 30sec.   

The ABM Taq uses gene specific primers (GSP) with the optimized reaction system for a probe-based qPCR reaction.

Meanwhile, ABM HotStart Taq DNA polymerase 1.0 has 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5 '-3' exonuclease activity specific for double stranded DNA; No 3 '-5' exonuclease activity.

This product can also be used for ordinary PCR amplification, and the 3 'end of the obtained product is attached with a base "A", which can be directly used for TA cloning.

● Unit Definition

One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 10 nmol of dNTP into acid-insoluble material in 30 minutes at 74°C with the activated salmon sperm DNA as the template-primer.
