*1. Wild-type Taq DNA polymerase, prepared by recombinant expression in Escherichia coli, C-terminus carrying 6 × His tag; This product is in liquid form and contains 50% glycerol and self-made stabilizer. It will not coagulate when stored at -20 ℃.
*2. Final reaction 1 × Reaction buffer 8 component: 20 mm Tris HCl, 50 mM KCl, 2 mm MgSO4 and homemade stabilizer, pH 8.8 @ 25 ℃. If the template with high GC content needs to be amplified, DMSO can be added to the final concentration of 5% for reaction.
● Advantages and Features
Magigen ABM Hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase 1.0 is the antibody-mediated hot start Taq Polymerase that enhances the specificity and sensitivity of PCR, which can be fully activated after heating at 95 ℃ for 30sec, and has no amplification activity at room temperature (below 37 ℃). After heating at 95 ℃ for 30 seconds, it has 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity.
Meanwhile, ABM HotStart Taq DNA polymerase 1.0 has 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5 '-3' exonuclease activity specific for double stranded DNA; No 3 '-5' exonuclease activity.
The ABM Taq uses gene specific primers (GSP) with the optimized reaction system for a probe-based qPCR reaction.
This product can also be used for ordinary PCR amplification, and the 3 'end of the obtained product is attached with a base "A", which can be directly used for TA cloning.
